  • MAC 101 June 2026 Training

    In this training, Morgan Casey from Iowa HHS provides an overview of Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC), including what it is, why it is important, and how it supports Medicaid-funded services. Participants will learn the basics of the MAC Time Study process, including how to identify, track, and document eligible administrative activities to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with MAC requirements.

    This training is designed to be the third in a series to equip SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access & Recovery (SOAR) with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively conduct the SOAR Process. This training is a step-by-step tutorial on the SSDI Online Application process.

  • SOAR 4: Inside Track Process

    This training is designed to be the fourth in a series to equip SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access & Recovery (SOAR) covers the skills necessary to effectively conduct the SOAR Process. This training covers five aspects that are vital to the SOAR process.

  • MAC Office Hours June 29, 2026

    In this training, Morgan Casey of Iowa HHS reviews the updated Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) Time Study and addresses frequently asked questions about the time study process and MAC codes. Participants will gain a better understanding of the purpose of the time study, how to accurately report activities, and how to apply MAC codes correctly. This session is designed to clarify common questions and support staff in completing the time study with confidence.
