  • Science of Hope Training

    This is an introduction to the Science of Hope and Hope Awareness with Dr. Chan Hellman.  This course introduces Iowa ADRC Navigators to the Science of Hope and the principles of hope awareness. 

  • MAC Time Study Training for DAP Staff

    This course provides an overview of the Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) Time Study as presented by Morgan Casey from Iowa HHS. Participants will learn the purpose of the MAC Time Study, how it supports program operations, and the expectations for completing it as DAP staff. The training also introduces the use of the Qualtrics platform, offering step-by-step guidance on how to accurately record and submit time study activities. By the end of the course, learners will be prepared to confidently complete the MAC Time Study in alignment with new processes and requirements.

  • Working with Individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing

    In this training, Emilie Banasiak from Relay Iowa and Dylan Heuer from Telecommunications Access Iowa provide an overview of their organizations and the services available to support Iowans who are deaf or hard of hearing.
